  1. I got a calculation of 30 grams or 1.06 oz of carbs; 63 grams or 2.22 oz of protein, and 99 grams or 3.49 oz of fat. Does that sound right? That is not a lot of food. But I have found that eating too much protein takes me out of ketosis. I really need to get on a proper macros ratio to help me recover from illness. Thanks!

    I have two eggs in an omelette with onions, red peppers, mushrooms, spinach and a few sliced new potatoes. Super filling, you don't get hungry for snacks mid morning. Full of good protein, healthy fats and loaded with vitamins and minerals. The best breakfast I ever eat! 😊

  3. This guy also recommends intermittent fasting. So which one is it doc? Talks out of both sides of his mouth. And tofu, really??? I see him mostly on the book selling and interview circuits.

  6. i simply enjoy having fruit (melon, berries, pineapple, mixed with plain greek yogurt; its healthy, delicious, and more importantly filling

  7. I'd like to know why prestigious medical centers aren't touting intermittent fasting? Why are we always pushing for 3 meals a day? It's absolutely ridiculous. Eating often keeps insulin elevated which creates inflammation. I have come to realize that doctors are just full of malarky.

  8. So, according to this, what should a person have for breakfast who cannot have eggs, dairy, soy, nuts or wheat?
