  1. Alcohol itself is a trigger for inflammation, so think again before you find a paleo-friendly hard liquor! If you're serious about this, then get real.

  2. Thank you so much for making this video! I felt so alone and ostracized when I first experienced alopecia in the 7th grade, it helps knowing I'm not the only woman still experiencing years and years later. Did you take any supplements while doing the AIP diet?

  3. Is it Auto Immune Protocol Diet or Auto Immune Paleo?? Protocol has more restrictions than Paleo. It has been very challenging to stick to.

  4. i had to go back and find your video to thank you for the aip sushi with cauliflower rice and layering your seasonings tips,,,they have been a life saver and i think i may have given up by now… i wudve NEVER thought to include ricless sushi in this diet but now eat my seaweed wraps everyday for lunch with smoked salmon, avocado, cucumber spinach and instead of the coconut aminos, pomegranate infused red wine vinegar does the trick for me 🙂

  5. thank you so much for this video!! I am just slowly getting into the AIP diet and I am having a hard time embracing the fact that this is the way I will have to live for the rest of my life in order to feel good. These tips def help me stay optimistic!! 😀

  6. I love wine so can I just have one glass when those days come or does wine have a great impact to my body? I loved your info, very helpful 😉

  7. I have my friends bachelorette party coming up. What is your best way to mix the vodka or tequila? Lime, lemons, water etc? Thank you!
