  1. We skip the crowds for Valentine's Day too! Restaurants mark up the price and decrease the quality of the food and it's just so crazy and hectic

  4. Good that there is organic rosemary, but I sometimes question the quality of food that we eat as much as any other aspect regarding long term health. Also I would be very concerned about the salts and juices off of baked foods, eating into aluminum foil and inadvertently consuming aluminum transferred to the food.

    If you're not bulking and trying to loose weight or lean out…how much brown rice do you portion out for each meal? Also what do you eat for snacks if nuts and raw carrots are one of the few foods I don't like ? Be sitting at a desk all day…it makes you constantly think about if your hungry, then you can't concentrate until you eat something lol ?Any suggestions r great!
