ALSO this video is not to tell you that you should be counting the amount of protein you're eating, or measuring anything out, this was purely done for your information to show how much protein you CAN get from plants. ALSO before I receive another comment about soy being too high in estrogen for men IT IS A MYTH! Soy has PHYTOestrogens which is different from estrogen and affects us differently (we aren’t plants).   2. I actually sent someone a link to this on YouTube when they asked in an email where vegans got good protein options from. These are great menu ideas and in terms of calorie content if you're leading an active lifestyle while eating as a healthy vegan, none of them present a problem. 👍 – real life, good food.

  8. Also for everyone complaining that the meals are 'so high in calories' – smaller portions. You can make any meal 'high carb' or whatever just by increasing the quantity but these are all meals that are higher PERCENTAGE protein

  9. To say that you are avidly against tracking macros is very negative and discouraging for some less knowledgeable weight lifters trying to put on muscle mass it should be a choice just because its not what you choose to do doesnt mean its a bad thing

Hi there interesting video👉, love your positivity 😁😁😁😁 I am vegan too, I was shocked though how calorie dense your diet is also how much soya you consume in a day 🤔🤔🤔 I have hashimoto (thyroid) and one thing I didn't realize how soya affected me, I was eating a lot of products with soya in, not realizing it was making me ill… soya is the most processed food and messes up the hormone environment… especially all people with thyroid problem should avoid it and also men as it makes them infertile..
    I stopped using it completely and my health improved I use beans chickpeas lentils for my protein now and green veggies yum… big hugs x

    am i the only person thinking these are crazy high in calories? i could have the oatmeal for breakfast and the salad for lunch not eat anything else for the rest of the day and id still be way over my daily intake

  17. My daughter is vegetarian (8 years old) and allergic to peanuts, soy, lentils and sesame 🙁 We're finding protein from other sources, but it'd be good to see protein from a variety of sources for vegan/veggies since so many people are allergic to soy and peanuts these days.
