    First of all this is poha . Don’t call it upma. Second how could this be for weight loss . It contain poha which is nothing but a form of rice. Eating poha spikes Thea blood sugar level like anything . I have experienced that .just adding sattu doesn’t making it healthy .if u really want to make it healthy add nuts and lots of veggies to it . Just showing something fancy is misleading others

  3. Is it good to have white poha? Bcoz I'm unable to find red rice poha in my place. Also sattu flour is not available. 🙁

    I made this today and it was just so tasty and sumptuous! Loved the taste of Ajwain and Fennel in this Poha. The addition of Pottukadalai Powder is new to me. Never knew it can be used this way too. Thanks for this suggestion.
