  1. hey.. juat an idea.. you should try banana, oat, coconut balls.. really quick to make and warm for winter…
heat one banana 1/4 cup dry shredded coconut and a pinch more and a dash of oats in pot and heat it up on stove and mash at the same time until all combined.. make balls from them and add extra coconut on the outer parts
pour yourself a nice cup of tea and enjoy with your healthy breakfast!!

  2. I put them in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes on 350, also used rolled ( old fashion) oats with banana, honey, stevia, cinnamon, vanilla extract. They were delicious!

There's a 1996 Simpsons episode where George Bush Sr. moves next door. In a scene, Homer is rushing to Krusty Burger and says "One minute til they stop serving those breakfast balls!" I was looking for that scene when I came across your video 🙂 lol

I love that this simple, healthy and tasty! Many other breakfast balls are with flaxseeds and chia seeds, that I don't really like 😕 so I'm glad that I found this video :)) – new subscriber 🤗

  6. I'm not usually one to write degrading comments, but this was by far the worst recipe I've ever tried. Here's why: the banana was still hard after warming the balls and the texture was like baby food at first. So I went to refrigerate it… And it came out even harder and the oats were separating and mushy. Nothing really stuck together. The only highlight of this is the peanut butter because you can't screw that up… And not even that saved it:P

  7. This is a perfect treat for someone like me who is losing weight and staying away from sweets. This is natural and perfect.

  8. Thanks Jordy for your recipe! I just made some and they are lovely! Since I've no microwave at home, I used oven at 200'C for 20 mins. The whole house smells wonderful!

  9. made them but put raisins inside some balls and m&ms in other batch…very yummy and a huge hit with the kiddos!!!!

  10. Be a lot healthier if you don't use a microwave, plastic, and please do use Non GMO, Organic ingredients!

  11. Many people have asked how to make this without using a microwave.

And also what type of oats – instant or rolled. Thanks!

  12. Very nice I did change it a little I add the peanut butter in with the oats and banana was very nice :)))
