Makes me sad I have no buckwheat noodles in the house. The yam/buckwheat is so yummy AND it has phytase to digest phytic acids in high carb food. Leagues better then gritty high fiber wheat or odd corn. Ps buckwheat with its phytase is healthier for your teeth then wheat.
The second one is my favourite, and I have all the ingredients at home. now I know what's going to be my dinner tomorrow.

I'd love to make one pot pasta meals. So much easier. I tried it once and it was way too starchy for my taste as I usually cook seperate and strain. Guess I'mma two pot cook.
