  1. Just want to let you know… I've probably watched 1-2 videos per day for the last two weeks straight. Your videos are EXACTLY what I've been looking for – educational (backed by science and not trends), honest, and non-judgmental. I've been eating the garlic chicken rice bowl for the last week and I love it. I'm seriously addicted to your channel – thanks so much for creating really high quality, informative content!

Did anyone else notice how when she presents the ingredients for the first recipe, it says cucumbers on top of the zuchinni bowl? 😀 got me so confused haha

Pizza pasta with spinach added would be amazing. Then again, maybe I just love spinach in pasta too much…

  4. I made taco quinoa last night. So delicious and hearty. I am going to bring it to work for lunch this week. I look forward to trying the other one pot dinners in this video

  5. Makes me sad I have no buckwheat noodles in the house. The yam/buckwheat is so yummy AND it has phytase to digest phytic acids in high carb food. Leagues better then gritty high fiber wheat or odd corn. Ps buckwheat with its phytase is healthier for your teeth then wheat.

  6. The second one is my favourite, and I have all the ingredients at home. now I know what's going to be my dinner tomorrow.
    btw, I'm bingewatching your videos.

  7. Bibimbap is also a great healthy one pot dinner many people enjoy. Made popular by restaurants such as Bibigo.

Is it okay to just leave out the quinoa for a low carb alternative? Or is there something I should substitute it with?

I'd love to make one pot pasta meals. So much easier. I tried it once and it was way too starchy for my taste as I usually cook seperate and strain. Guess I'mma two pot cook.

  13. Wonderful ideas! Cooking for one or two is difficult. This makes it so easy. Make the pot and freeze half. Great! Thank you.
