    I enjoy pasta fagioli with whole wheat noodles. Veggie omlettes are also tasty. Favorite sandwich is turkey Tom on wheat; sub the Mayo for cashew cream on that one.

  4. what's the purpose of replacing mayonnaise with cashew cream? mayo is just eggs + oil. eggs have the highest bioavailability next to straight casein whey protein, so you're just getting a worse version of something already available.
