  3. Do you suggest we freeze our meals? Or you do just refrigerate them for the week? I don't like having meats the fridge for more than 3-4 days, but it goes weird and changes texture when I freeze it. Love the videos!!

  7. Request! I love pizza and I like making them over the weekend, but looking for new ideas that doesn't use the tomato sauce; though nothing wrong with the classic.     I really appreciate all you do. this is another great one! Quick question in general: Do you have any tips on how to make all juice NOT jump out after cooking meat and letting it rest ? I grill or roast but somehow (especially beef), I see a puddle of juice on the bottom after letting it rest for a few mins. Thank you !

    What if you cooked pasta and then put it in fridge? Google resistant starch,it should have half of calories 😎
