I'm a new subscriber, I said in another video you look like Lily Collins, yes it is still true, you should grate your onions with a flat hand held grater straight in to your pans, since I started grating this way, it is so much easier, you can also freeze peeled onions, and keep your garlic & ginger in the freezer and grate or use a microplane when needed. Keep on keeping on!🦋
