I started eating healthy but I’m still not losing as much weight as I like I go to the gym 5 day a week and exercise 1 day a week at home but I’m still not losing weight it’s so fascinating! 😫😫😫 I need to start eating carb free maybe for dinner? I usually eat brown rice and chicken breast for dinner but maybe it’s not healthy enough? Plz someone help!
That pasta sauce is sooooo good I think it’s called Dave’s or something with that name. I get mine at Raleys or sprouts. I get the red heirloom tomatoe one and it’s the best jarred sauce I’ve ever had
