  8. You can get fresh spinach and put it in boiling water for 15 seconds and puree it and add to the chicken…that way the flavor will be enhanced much more….I am an Indian and we do it this way…your method is ok too…but when u add something extremely cold in a hot pan…the flavors change…

  10. I love curry also. Luckily there are many options to explore Indian food here in the UK. That saag looks great. I also love saag aloo as a side or a meat free meal.

    The last recipe, my mom also used to cook for me. In Turkish its called โ€œKapuskaโ€ ๐Ÿ™‚ i love love it. In fact i was talking about this dish just today, i think this is a sign that I have to cook it tomorrow.
