    I have seen the popular "protein pancake" that is just eggs and a banana and I was wondering what is your opinion on that version of the protein pancake??

  3. That looks good, I'll have to try it. One healthy pancake recipe that I enjoy is 3 eggs, quarter or half cup of rolled oats and a Banana. Mix it all in a blender and you're good to cook in the pan.

  5. Great video. Is there anyway around the eggs? I hate eggs. I mean, if it's already included in the pancake mix I can overlook it, but for me to just break an egg and put it in there, is a little ewwww for me. I'm looking for different ways in get protein in my breakfast. I mostly eat oatmeal for breakfast.

  8. Any way to make this gluten free and still healthy. Its my biggest problem being celiac all the mixes arent that healthy. Any you recommend?

    so do you recommend eating prior to working out? i usually workout first then eat breakfast but i feel so weak sometimes but i like to eat a big breakfast and i find that sometimes it weighs me down during my workouts. im on a journey to lose 70 more pounds, ive lost 50 already but im feeling kind of burnt out in a way! btw love your vids, theyre really helpful! 🙂
