@brettcap I love your videos. They are really helping me with getting prepared to start my journey to a healthier life style.
I have seen the popular "protein pancake" that is just eggs and a banana and I was wondering what is your opinion on that version of the protein pancake??

  3. That looks good, I'll have to try it. One healthy pancake recipe that I enjoy is 3 eggs, quarter or half cup of rolled oats and a Banana. Mix it all in a blender and you're good to cook in the pan.

  4. nice Breath. I am organic. Good recipe & great video. keep the good job. I am a mountain bike & a kickboxing.
this is a great idea to put the protein powder in the pancakes. I love it.

  5. Great video. Is there anyway around the eggs? I hate eggs. I mean, if it's already included in the pancake mix I can overlook it, but for me to just break an egg and put it in there, is a little ewwww for me. I'm looking for different ways in get protein in my breakfast. I mostly eat oatmeal for breakfast.

  6. Cook, cook, cook and cook. It seems that you have the imagination to come up with some really creative dishes for people that want to live a healthy lifestyle. Thanks for showing what food products you use to get in shape i will be trying those out myself.

  7. Brett- Can you touch on the benefits of Hemp and hemp milk? I use it ALL the time as my protein powder, as my milk, as flour.. I find it trumps the rest. Thanks!!!

  8. Any way to make this gluten free and still healthy. Its my biggest problem being celiac all the mixes arent that healthy. Any you recommend?
