  1. favorite since I tried to be gluten-free in the place of whole wheat flour could I substitute for almond flour coconut flour for gluten-free baking flour. Would I have pretty much the same result?

That's actually not healthy. Wheat and honey are very bad for you and will lead to weight gain. The bars are delicious but still unhealthy. Better off just making pooched eggs and oatmeal with water. Don't have enough time? Eat a fruit!

Just made them with coconut milk (without the apple sauce) by adding instead of fruits: 1/2 of raisins, 1/2 of coconut & 1/2 of almonds and they turned out DELICIOUS! Thank you for such a great recipe! 🙂

  6. Hi, ugh, I must of did something wrong. Help! My mix came out really dry, it wasn't smooth and moist when I poured into the pan. Out of the oven, it was dry and falling of part. I used all of your ingredients, except I used coconut milk and coconut baking flour. Is that what caused the mix to dry so fast? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!

  8. Thank you for this recipe, I just guessed the measurements and made them with choc chips instead of fruit as a snack bar. My bf loved it so much he couldn't believe I made it (with silicon pans( and could eat it every day!

  9. Love your videos! May I please make a suggestion though? The only thing your videos lack is the up close look at the finished item.. that is one of the best parts of a cooking video to me lol. Other than that yours are PERFECT. I look forward to watching all of yours now 🙂
