    1. Do you make dosa right away after you prepare the mix?

    2. No fermentation and no put in refrigerator after mix ready?

    3. Do you have recipe for coconut chutney?

  5. One dhal is wrong. Moong and Green gram is same with skin. Toor dhal used for making Sambhar gives more taste to this dish ADAI ( Tamilian cuisune) cumin , dried red chilli curry leaves , coriander should be added.
