Another easy how to make poach egg is using the microwave! I put some water into a microwave safe cup or small bowl then crack one egg into the water & microwave it for about 1-2 minutes & it ready!

I keep Ezekiel bread on hand regularly, as well as eggs. I made this recipe this morning. I have only tasted avocado twice before today. In years past I talked myself into thinking I didn't like it (looked funny to me). But since I've been trying to eat clean for the past couple of months, I decided to make myself like it last week. It turned out really well, and I will do it again often. It tasted like the egg yolk, which is a good thing.

My avacado was a failure 🙁 should have taken it out the fridge lastnight, so walked the dog and came back and the chunks to mash were still hard so I didn't use them.. Also my chunks didn't slip out so lovely into the bowl like the video .. Avacado queen dropout. ?
