    I made the first one, I used oats with added fruit, then I put some white Raspberry's and topped it off with maple syrup. It tasted amazing. These ideas are great!! Love the video!

    Hello, I've ben trying too lose weight for a while, and I think it's not working I am currently 180 lbs. I Would like to go down to atleast 150-160 lbs. Any exercises? Also I have access to the gym.
