  1. Some good ideas for b'fast. Not a fan of soy milk, but might use nut-milk or hemp milk. Like the idea of a b'fast taco but would use a gluten free tortilla. Personally, I can't eat dried fruit for b'fast, that makes me tired – too much sugar. Would add more greens to these choices.

  3. my typical breakfast is two scrambled eggs 1 cup slightly steamed spinach, slice of avocado mix together with chia seeds and a cup of matcha green tea.this keep me going for 5+ hours

  4. Three raw Eggs in my hot bean pot with a bit of Salt and Pepper before I pop into the shower. They are poached and ready when I am.. I gobble them up and go to work.

  5. It baffles me how misguided all of you people are in regards to how the human body really works. Breakfast is not only time wasting but unnatural. Eating whole grains and fruits only gets you a insulin spike, no wonder americans are fat. Do yourself a favor and do some research on evolutionary biology, maybe finally youll fit in those jeans from 10 years ago.

    oatmeal with almondmilk, bananaslices, blueberries, nuts, flaxseeds. And smoothie of bananas, strawberries, coconutwater… or a green juice of kale, cucumber, spinach, beets…

  7. Another favourite of mine is a sort of starter smoothie, after which I eat a smaller breakfast than usual:

    1 ripe banana
    1/2 apple, pear, any fruit
    some grapes
    a good handful of fresh spinach leaves
    A little juice, any, for sweetness, this is optional
    Some nuts, any
    Fresh peppermint leaves.

    Grind to a grainy consistency. Yum

    I always use spinach as a base and banana to cut the spinach taste. Instead of the fruit you can add different kinds of vegetables, bananas and carrots, for example, go really well together.

  8. My favourite breakfast that I eat almost every day at 8 am and that keeps me going till 1 pm.

    1 slice of wholegrain bread
    squash 1 very ripe banana onto the bread
    spread 1–2 tablespoons of plain yoghurt onto the banana
    freshly sliced or rasped apple and carots – 1 of each, more carrots if you like
    a tablespoon of a mixture of various nuts, cinnamon, a little vanilla sugars (keep this homemade mixture in jars)

    Top the whole things with stripes of fresh peppermint leaves.

    It is a huge serving for those who like me prefer generous portions.

    I stay at a health norma weight with foods like thes.

    In the smoothie u kill the fiber it is going to spike your insulin, make extra fat and u r going to be hungry soon, what is the point of that? The yogurt is the same, it does NOT have nanogram of fiber, may be with berrys, but it is not goint to give u energie for the day, same as the smoothe. But with 2 handfull of almond it is ok, but not less. The others are great! Healty shake or smoothe does not exist. May be for post workout. But I am not so sure it makes a difference. Some people can eat what ever the want and stay lean! U have to figure out what works for u.
