  1. Primal kitchen brand has a good quality low sugar & low carb organic bbq sauce.
And it’s like $4 at Walmart..

  2. Hi, for the oats squares, is it the type of coconut milk from a can like what you use in curries etc? Thank you and great video

  3. “Do the best you can with what you have. Make the best effort you can make without putting pressure on it it to always be perfect.” – this is really so true and can be applied to so many aspects of life. I think I needed to hear that today 🙂 thank you

I would love to see meal prep for a family of 6! You have some wonderful tips and great receipts, so glad I found you.

  5. Hi Alysia, just curious have you tried reheating foods in the pressure cooker? I did this recently as we’re eliminating our microwave and it came out so well! You just pop in whatever you’d like to heat, add water/moisture accordingly and hit the steam button for 5 minutes!

New to your channel but I'd love to see more hot/cold lunch ideas. Husband works in construction and I have yet to find a plate-like thermos type container that will keep different foods warm. So if he could heat it up should he be in the office that day – awesome! Loved the example in this video! Never even considered that.

Hey! I can't have coconut – is there a substitution that would give the same consistency as the coconut milk you used?
