    Try to add 2 garlic cloves, a small piece of onion ( or ends from aomething else #lesswaste) and a pinch or 2 of salt to your boiling water for your chicken . 👍🏻👍🏻

    I know I should be meal prepping and this makes it so much easier…we are always afraid of what we don't know, but once we know how easy it can be it is so much easier to stay on track. Thanks for sharing.

    Great video. We have been meal prepping for years, but usually only do three dishes at a time but make enough for two to four meals each since we don't mind eating the same thing repeatedly throughout the week. Thanks for sharing.
