  4. Okay at first I thought this diet was pretty bad. But I talked to my doctor and she said yu have to exercise with it. Because yu can gained the weight back very quickly.

  5. 6 ft 2, 228 lbs. looking to get this diet started asap, i already been eating healthier and lost 4 pounds in about two weeks, so im now 224 lbs, but going kinda slow, wanna speed it up a bit so gonna try this.

    DON'T DO THIS DIET!!!!!!!!!!!!
    -What you're really shedding is water weight, not fat. You're shedding muscle mass
    -Your body does not shed fat that quickly (3 days? really??) 
    -Once you end this shock effect, your body's #1 priority is to fill up its fat storages, so you will gain more weight than you lost

     i checked how much calories there are in one rice cakes and it is 30 so would I have 2 and 1/2 rice cakes then ?? can someone please answer my question.

    any kind of tea that you guys would recommend? Im stucked with this part, and I cannot drink coffee 🙁

  10. So excited! I'm starting this again next week and came back to this video as a reference. I've lost 25lbs in the last 3 months just from regular healthy eating and exercise but I'm trying to lose 10lbs by the end of this month. Very hard, but not impossible I hope! I'm also a lot better at exercise than I was last time so I know that will make my progress even better.

  11. I am just starting this diet and have a couple of questions: 1) I haven't seen anyone mention anything about alcohol on your days off. I go out on the weekends and have wine sometimes. Is that okay? 2) Eating 1/2 a banana, an apple and ice cream seems a bit much; more than I would normally eat. What if I skip the carrots and the apple? Is it okay to skip vs. substitute some foods?

    I want to start the diet but I don't like hot dogs? Do you have any suggestions for an alternative?

  17. Hey Amy thnx for the video really appreciate your time for overweight people ..just wanted to know if it really works and I am following a diet called the "British heart institution diet " and it has a out the same diet plan am I going in in a right direction?

  18. What can I do to not let my body get used to the diet? So I'll be losing 6-10 pounds every time. I have a lot of weight to lose (50 pounds!!!!) so that won't be a problem, I think 😉   Please answer! Thank you in advance <3

    On the website for the diet it says that you start losing weight slower because:

    When you first start the diet, your metabolism gets a bit of shock and you lose weight quickly. The more weight you lose, the less calories you need to ingest and weight loss slows down. For instance, a 300 pound person probably burns about 3000 calories a day. If they go on a low calorie diet, they’ll lose weight quickly. A 150 pound person only needs about 1500 calories a day, so they still lose weight, but not as quickly. Thinner people need less calories to live and will lose weight more slowly.

    So its not that the diet is not working anymore. Just FYI because I had thought that it was no longer working in the past.
