    Great Video! Apologies for chiming in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you heard about – Elijaarqey Paleo Smasher (should be on google have a look)? It is a great one of a kind product for discovering some amazing paleo recipes minus the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my buddy got amazing results with it.

  14. Love love love your meal prep videos.. question…is the olive oil spray omitted from your macros? I just fried a few pieces of chicken breast in a tbsp of coconut oil. Planning to divided into (3) 3oz portions and add a 1 tsp of oil per serving to my macros… is this the correct thing to do?
