Made this today… It was awesome! I happened to have Bison Apple Cider bone broth, so I used that and I chopped some organic green apples and threw them in, as well. It was amazing! Thanks!!

  2. Awesome winter recipie. All the same ingredients i use but ive never roasted them all first. Thanks for the idea. I'm sure it will add more flavour.

  3. Ladies….trying this tonight….question. Do you leave the skins on when you blend up? Or scoop out the pulp once roasted? Thanks

  4. Also, have you heard about eating for your blood type? Now that both Paleo and Veganism has become so popular I find it interesting that both diets are basically set up for the two most common blood types. Type A (thrives on vegan diet with grains/does bad with meats) and Blood type O (thrives on meats/doesn't tolerate grains or dairy) I just recently learned about this. What do you think?

  5. in a few videos you've mentioned podcasts pertaining to nutrition/sleep etc, it would be interesting to see a post of vid about your favourite ones! 🙂

  6. Please continue to make these great videos. I might just not be in the loop, but as far as Paleo/Primal/Whole Food videos, I don't find many!

I especially like when you guys Paleo-ize traditional recipes! Also, videos about what supplements (if any) you take and why. Oh and exercise videos pleeeeeasse. 🙂

  7. I've adopted an AIP lifestyle, so I'm gluten, sugar, grain, and dairy free (I was a sick puppy…), which doesn't leave me much to work with. My imagination for cooking appropriate meals often runs dry. Any ideas you guys can through out there will be fine by me. I always enjoy your vids, and tfs. You're a bit of an inspiration! Thanks 🙂

I absolutely love your videos, and always look forward to seeing the latest ones when I get home from work. I am struggling with breakfast ideas. I need recipes that are fairly quick and don't always include eggs. I can eat eggs, but I have an issue with digesting them. By the way, I have told friends and family about your YouTube, Pinterest, and FB pages. xoxo
