  1. I just thought I'd let you know that you posted this video on a great day. We ate brunch with my in-laws yesterday and she made this casserole with added different veggies for us instead of her usual tater tot breakfast one. Easy for me to help her and easy for her to accommodate. 🙂
    My husband also told them about the amazing cheddar and broccoli soup I make (which is yours) and they will be making that soup for them soon. This will help them use up the heavy whipping cream that they typically never buy (which is not the reason why he even brought up the soup). I thought maybe I was going to take home some free cream. Haha, I was wrong.

    Thanks for your blogs! I'm particularly excited about the eggwhite cocoanut flour tortilla recipe with the black soybean chile! It's challenging to find different recipes & stay focused on keto when beginning the keto plan. I finally feel satiated & with weight loss too. I'm a cancer survivor that has learned the importance of blood sugar levels in relation to overall health.

    that looks so good and looks like a good healthy breakfast can you use almond milk instead of coconut milk as that is what I have at home

  8. I make this all the time. Endless variations. Heats up great for quick meals! I have found about a quarter tsp of baking powder really puffs the eggs up nice and makes them super fluffy!

  9. I really liked this item, next best breakfast. Egg Muffins are my first best. I got that from the cookbook.
