For example, the chicken forlunch and the salmon for dinner? and how does breakfast work? sorrry for all the questions. im just really psyched.

  4. I admire your committment, but cheap tupperware has plastic which can affect the way food tastes and even poison your food in a subtle way.

  5. I'm not sure if you're suppose to store cooked rice for more than a day. Because it goes bad pretty easily. I'm not quite sure with the minute rice type though. Second, i think this video should have been titled as "Lunch Prep For a Week". Third, please don't cut your food on your counter table (for those who watch this blindly i mean). The last one would be, it is best to not cut your fruit a day before youre eating it. Especially bananas. It reacts with oxygen and it will go bad easier that way. If you do, place it in the freezer, but still it is best to just eat them right away.
