  5. Wow. That looks mouthwatering. Beautifully shot video and awsome recipes – I like them all! The almond butter one is a staple for me – since I am not blessed with aromatic (!) berries in spring (I live in Germany) – I opt for jams and I have found a chia seed bread I really like. I do have to say though I would prefer to sleep longer over preparing the pancakes. I will try them on a weekend though so thank you for the inspiration.

  9. Breakfast is my favorite meal too! This week I've been loving spiralized sweet potato with an egg nested inside – delicious! My go to is similar to the video – sprouted grain bread toasted with peanut butter, sliced banana, and ground flax seed. Or a good tofu scramble! πŸ’š

  10. Feels like you should sit down and eat/try your food more often. You usually eat them while standing and it seems bad the body. Glad you finally get to actually enjoy your food slowly in this video! 😊

  12. I love this! I am really making an effort to feed my family more nutritious foods and breakfast is the one meal I have not mastered so I love these ideas! What kind of square skillet did you use here?

  13. Another tip with the toast: I make something similar using blueberries and maple syrup drizzled with chia and hemp seeds and coconut flakes!!

  14. When you put all the ingredients in a blender and blend them, it's even faster πŸ™‚ To me chia seeds look like carpet beetles. We had them in our home once, which was so gross, and those chia seeds always remind me of them. Needless to say, I don't like chia seeds. I prefer flax seeds πŸ˜€

  20. Hi Nikole! Thanks for these awesome recipes πŸ™‚ I just wanted to hear your opinion on Chia seeds as i have heard that you shouldn't eat them "raw" as they expand in your stomach? Hahhaa sounds pretty silly but I got it from another nutrition youtuber! πŸ™‚ Thanks
