Heyyy Nikole! Happy Monday! Love Love Love πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œ all the recipes especially the pancakes πŸ₯ž! I love your breakfast ideas they make me really happy πŸ˜† and hungry πŸ˜‹! My favorite quick breakfast is oatmeal and pancakes!!!! Yummmy! #HealthNutFamπŸ₯‘πŸ₯‘πŸ₯‘πŸ₯‘πŸ₯‘πŸ₯‘

  2. How do your oatmeal pancakes not stick to the bottom. MAybe my pan is just horrible but its more like I am eating a scrambled pancake haha xD

  3. I eat but I'm not really hungry in the mornings.. I actually bit hungry but 1 piece of fruit is enough to fill me up

  4. I just made the pancakes. They were so amazing and so easy to make! I didn't have sunflower seeds so I ended up just throwing in some flax seeds. Looking forward to more recipes! Love watching your videos πŸ™‚

  5. Wow. That looks mouthwatering. Beautifully shot video and awsome recipes – I like them all! The almond butter one is a staple for me – since I am not blessed with aromatic (!) berries in spring (I live in Germany) – I opt for jams and I have found a chia seed bread I really like. I do have to say though I would prefer to sleep longer over preparing the pancakes. I will try them on a weekend though so thank you for the inspiration.

  6. lol I honestly can't cook for anything, but my go to breakfast food for a busy morning is probably just scrambled eggs with toast and avocado. I am actually trying to turn vegan, which is why I am watching your videos. I love them!!

OMG! I am really in love with your recipes. All of your meals look super yummy. Good job :D. I love breakfast too. My favorite quick breakfast are pancakes, chia pudin and cereal. I from Venezuela but I living in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You always inspire me I love your videos and your gorgeous look. Xoxo.

  8. This video was exactly what I need in my life! Thanks Nikole! πŸ₯‘ πŸ™ŒπŸ» 🍴 keep em comin girl!!

  9. Breakfast is my favorite meal too! This week I've been loving spiralized sweet potato with an egg nested inside – delicious! My go to is similar to the video – sprouted grain bread toasted with peanut butter, sliced banana, and ground flax seed. Or a good tofu scramble! πŸ’š

  10. Feels like you should sit down and eat/try your food more often. You usually eat them while standing and it seems bad the body. Glad you finally get to actually enjoy your food slowly in this video! 😊

    Loved all these ideas!
Do you think the pancakes are good to freeze? As well where can I find puffed Quinoa?

  12. I love this! I am really making an effort to feed my family more nutritious foods and breakfast is the one meal I have not mastered so I love these ideas! What kind of square skillet did you use here?

  13. Another tip with the toast: I make something similar using blueberries and maple syrup drizzled with chia and hemp seeds and coconut flakes!!

  14. When you put all the ingredients in a blender and blend them, it's even faster πŸ™‚ To me chia seeds look like carpet beetles. We had them in our home once, which was so gross, and those chia seeds always remind me of them. Needless to say, I don't like chia seeds. I prefer flax seeds πŸ˜€

  15. I make breakfast muesli on Sunday and meal prep for the week by turning it into Bircher muesli πŸ˜‹ Both your recipes!

  16. Love this video Nikole. Please make some more. I'm always in a rush, so these videos are so helpful and look so good. πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•

  17. I love the DIY cereal looks very healthy and yummy. Oh and i got the unactivated yeast after watching acouple of your previous videos and i loveee it . Can you maybe do a vegan receipe ?

I love the gluten-free options being included! Yes! πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌβ€οΈ πŸ₯‘

  19. I make porridge in the microwave! I add sultanas, coconut, chia seeds, and golden syrup. Every morning for the last few years

  20. Hi Nikole! Thanks for these awesome recipes πŸ™‚ I just wanted to hear your opinion on Chia seeds as i have heard that you shouldn't eat them "raw" as they expand in your stomach? Hahhaa sounds pretty silly but I got it from another nutrition youtuber! πŸ™‚ Thanks
