  1. Does the immune tea actually work? I get sick all the time. My immune system kind of sucks. I had leukemia in my teen years, so it kind of killed my immune system. I watched this for the healthy meal prep, but if the tea works. I think it might be the best thing I've found.

    Hi Bobby! You should try to make Indonesian "Gado-gado". It's mixed blanched vegetables with peanut sauce and absolutely "the bomb dot com" ???Cheers from Indonesia!

  12. is the tea you made, the immune boosting tea, is it bc you have immune problems or just to keep you healthy? I have Lupus SLE, Lupus Anticoagulant, which causes strokes and several other auto immune issues…. wondering if this tea would help or if that is why you started the tea….?

  13. Is there any way you can do variety for each day rather than same meal for the entire week?? All of your meals look amazing but I don't know if my husband and I can eat the same thing every night for the entire week lol

    Also, do you think you can use different ingredients? I noticed that you use chicken, lemon, squash, parsley, and olive oil for almost every video I've seen so far. Please forgive me if you have done different ingredients before, I just started watching your videos last night and I'm going backwards. lol I'd like to see meals I can cook when I get tired of chicken.

    Macros not including the tea:
    755 calories per meal with the chicken skin, 550 per meal w/o skin
    45 grams of fat per meal with the chicken skin, 32.4 grams w/o skin
    82.4 grams of protein per meal with the chicken skin, 68 grams w/o skin
    10.2 grams of carbs per meal
    3.4 grams of fiber per meal
