    pro kitchen tip: put a wet paper towel under your cutting board and you cutting board will not move when you are cutting something or rolling out your pasta like you were!

    I've attempted creating these noodles at least twice and it has been to no avail. I'm using coconut flour and spinach leaves. It doesn't form into that stretchy dough texture. What am I doing wrong?

    Moving cutting boards drive me nuts lol place a wet paper towel beneath it to keep it from moving, keeps me from chasing the board πŸ™‚ thanks for the great recipe

    would this be good for dinner? I know you've mentioned before about eating like a servant for dinner. I'm just starting to change my eating habits for health reasons.

  8. You really shouldn't be using any type of oils, whether its coconut oil, avacado oil, olive oil, and etc. Oils clog arteries and vessels. Also flour isn't too good for ya either

  11. U should get a pasta presser…..flatten it all out and put it through the presser and it cuts it out into whatever shape u choose
