    Vegans and Carnivores are both wrong we should be eating soil! Packed with nutrients,vitamins including B12 and bio-available soluble fiber. Furthermore drinking 50% sea water with 50% spring water will give you around 90% of essential minerals including iodine. Another overlooked protein source which can be found in everyone's home is dust. Just run you finger along any home surface and mix the residue with your sea/spring water mix. The majority of dust is just dead human skin cells which as any scientist will tell you are packed with essential amino acids. The human body is extremely bad at assimilating what we eat the first time around so defecate onto organic biodegradable tissue, then break off small amounts and roll into pill sized balls, chill in the fridge for a few hours and take around 6 fecal balls every 8 hrs with copious amounts of urine. That way we give our body another chance at vitamin and mineral absorption. I have been practicing this for almost nine years and I weight train, cycle,run and swim and have great muscle definition. Finally one fecal ball mixed with a little soil makes a great alternative to fluoride filled toothpaste, plus with this method of teeth cleaning you are applying teeth building nutrients directly where it is needed and just swallow the mixture once you have finished cleaning and again rinse with urine and swallow. You will have perfect teeth and a radiant smile and charmed breath.

  4. I followed the same path to Carnivore. It's been the most sustainable way of eating I've ever done. It's only radical from the current perception of food. 13,000 years ago this would have been the natural diet for our species. Plants contain problematic substances that meat doesn't. My mental and physical health is much better on this way of eating.

  5. I personally tried this for 3 months. I've never felt so good in my life. Don't judge before you've tried it yourself. I started this diet because people have been saying that it helps people with autoimmune diseases. My psoriasis has completely healed since I've been on this diet. I can't be more thankful. I only recommend this diet to people like me, those who have been suffering from some autoimmune disease. Other benefits have been: no tiredness during the day, no depression, mental clarity, more energy, weight loss, no need to decide what I want to eat, learned how to cook.
    I understand that it seems crazy to most people, because I definitely thought it was crazy too initially. I tried it because I was desperate and I'm so glad I gave it a shot.

You can certainly FEEL good/better on ketosis/meat based diet because evolution doesn't want you to starve so when you starve yourself of food (plants), your body says, I better give you energy/focus so you can find some more food! Ok, eating meat basically tricks your body into thinking it's starving… NOT a good diet for long term health, in fact it's very bad for you, and will like cause cancer, heart disease, diabetes, general malaise, and early death. There are also certainty food allergies/sensitivities that people have, so if someone is celiac or gluten insensitive, they might feel better eating only meat, but that's what elimination diets are for. Carnivore diet is just dumb, end of story, should not be promoted, science is clear on this.

  8. This is completely irresponsible of your channel! You are supposed to be a healing channel and you are promoting carcinogenic dead bodies and animal cruelty. The only diet that has scientific evidence and numerous reputable studies to heal your entire body is a plant based diet. Please read The China Study. So disappointed in this channel for promoting sickness. Disgraceful!

  9. Whilst I'm not doing this way of eating, it's still interesting to hear other people's experiences so I'll give this a listen when I get chance. I highly doubt eating 100% animal foods is going to be optimal for most people but I know many people with autoimmune issues claim benefit from doing so possibly due to issues with plant-based compounds such as salicylates and oxylates.

  11. All “diets” are temporary just eat healthier 😂 trust me i know, lost 76 pounds in the last 5 months just eating right. No diet plans or help. Common sense and guess what? Its easy to keep going and not quit. Not starving myself, I can eat whatever i want and not gain. I dont count calories either “Im going on a diet” “im on a diet” your implying you are going be off a diet at some point. Its a lifestyle.

  12. Nutritional extremes just to get public attention to sell books and courses, that's all this "diet" is. That's all any of these fad diets are. Veganism is the opposite extreme. Eat a moderate amount of meat with a moderate amount of carbs, low dose of processed, and a heavy dose of fruits and veggies and you'll be fine.

  14. As a zerocarb eater, I encourage carnivores to keep this lifestyle under wraps and cheer on vegetarians and vegans. It keeps meat prices reasonable.

  17. As a nutritionist, I'm begging you to stop promoting BS like this. It's terrible for the environment and promotes animal cruelty…there's no way it's sustainable for the masses without extreme factory farming practices. Let alone all the key nutrients that it's leaving out and the inflammation and chronic disease it causes. Plus, Paleo has been debunked by scientists/archaeologists…actual evidence shows that our ancestors did NOT eat mostly meat. He is grossly misinformed, as he doesn't seem to understand how basic digestion and metabolism works…and the information he's sharing is downright dangerous.

    He is interesting and seems pretty smart but this seems crazy , hey whatever works for you. If it works time will tell if it doesn't hopefully he'll still be healthy. The no processed is good. I dunno tho I am not a professional

  19. I'm not into fad diets and am disappointed that this channel keeps posting videos on them. People, talk to a licensed dietitian if you want help finding a healthy diet. Most of the people talking about the fad diets in these videos have no expertise.
