  6. OMG, that looks amazing. Never thought of adding chia or sesame seeds to the avocado. I am going to feel so very sophisticated eating this ๐Ÿ™‚ haha. I havent been able to find pumpkin hummus, I am wondering if just pumpkin puree flavored up a bit might suffice. Thanks for sharing!!!

  7. I love your videos :). Would you be able to do a video on foods that you can meal prep and store in the fridge with information on how long they can be stored in etc. I'm losing weight and find meal prepping helps me out so much but I'm limited in knowledge and I'm a busy mum so would like to have a full list of foods I can prepare and store and grab and go when needed or even if I'm sitting down with my partner eating my dinner would be nice to grab a pre prepped container and heat it up xxx

  12. Seems more like brunch ideas vs. wee morning breakfast eating.ย  But on the weekends I don't typically eat before 11am so this works for me!ย  Thanks for sharing the ideas!
