  1. I lost 10 lbs. in 2 weeks using this method, except I didn't always eat boiled eggs, sometimes scrambled eggs. I'm about to try and go back to it again. Let me tell ya, eating like a bird is difficult. I'm 6'3" and 260 lbs. now. still got a lot more weight to lose but I'm determined. I haven't been skinny in several years.
