  1. This all makes sense,, when I used to do these scenarios I did very well. Lost Plenty. However now all I want to do is lose about 3 inches off my waist, verses losing weight all over. Such as face, legs, arms. thanks for the video. These are all great tips,, I do know they will work if you are true to them, and do not cheat.

  2. I eat my meals and snacks in 8 hrs and fast 16 hrs. I lost 25 lbs. It works well for me. I eat very nutrient dense foods for the most part but i treat myself when i want to. Boiled eggs are my breakfast usually

  3. Do u have to take a break from this diet after the 2 weeks, if so how many days before u can start it back up?

  4. Okay. This may sound odd, but can I please have a random friend do this with me. I do everything much better and easier when I know someone is doing it with me.

  5. So unbelievable that it doesn't work. Folks don't waste your time. This puts calories in 1000 which will slowly put your body into starvation mode, thus turning eveyeaten into fat. Everything.
