I saw a video where I was told that eating too many eggs or for too long your body can turn on you and you can wind up with an autoimmune reaction.

  2. Glad this upload did not advocate the boiled egg diet as a magic bullet approach to weight loss. Sensible eating ( high protein, high fiber, low carbs, low fat) along with exercise, increased water intake and adequate rest will result in steady slow weight loss. The basic formula of "exercise more and eat less" is the best plan to win the Battle of the Bulge.

  3. Agreed, I am struggling with losing weight after my 5 kids. My youngest is 2. I will be 37 next week. Sense December I have COMPLETELY cut gluten out, because it was making me sick all the time. Not necessarily for weight loss. I'm a full time online college student, and stay at home mom. I don't really over eat. I also try to not eat late at night now. I hate the word diet, and I don't want to do a diet. I would love some ideas on ways to get fit and have it stick. I have no problem changing my food completely. I have to cook myself differently from my family simply because gluten was causing me so many problems. I rarely eat fast food. I would love to become a very fit buff gal. I just started doing a little bit of light weights. My main issue I think is salt. Do you have any suggestions on ways to cut out salt, but still adding taste? I always cook a vegetable with every meal. My addiction it to fruit. If we don't have fruit in the house, I start to panic. Anything would be helpful. I'm fast approaching 40, and loosing weight is getting much harder the older I getm

  4. lets forget training, diet, muscle gain, no body can sustain a low calorie diet, there's some idiot on here actually say's he is 185lbs, does gym daily and only has 300 calories a day !!!!! did he miss a zero off that ?? some of you people are sad .

i'm 6 feet, 175lbs , 51, train 4 times a week, walk a fair bit, work and i struggle to stave off my appetite with 2,500 cal a day, i even wake up hungry at night at times, some of you are full of shit, i can tell you i'd rather be satisfied and live, and enjoy, than starve and deprive myself.

NONE of us will live past our time, moderation in food , amounts of food and exercise yes , dont stress is way more important, that's all you can do man.

  5. Okay so here’s my Data, I eat 6 eggs and 15g of butter. Then, in lunch, I eat another 6 eggs, 15ml of coconut oil, and 56g of cheese. This is overall 1,295 calories, 84g of protein, 2g of carbs, and 105g of fat. Though, idk what I’m supposed to do to get to my goal of 1,700 calories… I’ll be continuing to be eating fats from avocado and Laura Scudder’s peanut butter for “Dinner” that’s adding another 10g of protein, 37g of fat, and 17g of carbs. Until I get a response that’ll be my intake 😅

Ah, and I weigh 138 pounds, I have a body fat percentage of 10.8 and muscle mass of 118Lbs

But overall of Macros, once again, 95g of protein, 19g of carbs, and 142g of fat

Wouldnt fasting have the same effect? I mean like if you were on 2,000 calories a day diet and fast all day and eat the 2,000 all in one meal.

  10. thats way too little for me….I could eat breakfast, lunch and dinner …FOR breakfast!! and i still wouldnt be full.
