  2. Exactly my breakfast. Except the missing 250 grams of oatmeal an a hand full of dates. THEN you feel ready to take on anything! And a bit of cinnamon maybe. And Hemp seeds.. Now I am hungry.

  3. I just throw a handful of almonds/hempseeds/cacao beans in a blender, add some water and hit it. Then cook that with some buckwheat, amaranth, quinoa and millet. Finally I add a couple of sour cherries, a banana, a pear, some berries, whatever is in season at the time, oh and some chiaseeds as well. Throw in a couple of walnuts for good measure and you are good to go.
