What happens when most of these foods actually cause my inflammation. I have rhinitis too and vestibule migraines. It's a nightmare, I eat one thing it causes another. My brain is always in fire, my nose always dizzy. I feel like my brain is dying and there is not a thing I can do to stop it. I would kill myself, but I do not want to cause my lovely partner pain. Everything I eat causes my body to react.

I really thank you so much!
I learned so much!!! I love this video especially how you mentioned more than the anti-inflammatory aspect but also the other vitamins and what diseases they combat. I also loved learning that chia means strength in the Mayan language. Wow 😍 I’ve gained a lot of knowledge. Thank you!
A year later and this video is still so helpful 😍 Thank you so much x
I enjoyed learning about foods that are anti-inflammatory. For all you younger People watching, take care of your health, because as you get older you can experience different health problems at the same time which can make meal planning that much more difficult. Foods that are ok with one health problem may not be ok for the other health problem or problems you may have. It gets real tricky! 🙄
Fyi – on the recipe list for garlic, the t is missing from vege t ables. Thank you for the great video and information.
