  1. I'm back!!! Sorry for the long break as I've had lots of work travel over the last month. I hope you enjoy this new video and all the gems of knowledge on healthy, anti-inflammatory foods. Do you eat all of these foods? Which are your favorites? xo – Lisa

  2. I just realised that I also love this channel due to natural make up of the presenter❤️♥️❤️♥️❤️♥️❤️♥️

  3. Everything looked great, but I have been told to stay away from shellfish like shrimp & scallops (which I absolutely love) because they can cause inflammation…😭😭😭

  4. I just discovered you like moments ago. I am gonna read up on you and your information, and give you a chance through your website and your Facebook, to change my life.

  5. What happens when most of these foods actually cause my inflammation. I have rhinitis too and vestibule migraines. It's a nightmare, I eat one thing it causes another. My brain is always in fire, my nose always dizzy. I feel like my brain is dying and there is not a thing I can do to stop it. I would kill myself, but I do not want to cause my lovely partner pain. Everything I eat causes my body to react.

  6. I learned so much!!! I love this video especially how you mentioned more than the anti-inflammatory aspect but also the other vitamins and what diseases they combat. I also loved learning that chia means strength in the Mayan language. Wow 😍 I’ve gained a lot of knowledge. Thank you!

  7. I enjoyed learning about foods that are anti-inflammatory. For all you younger People watching, take care of your health, because as you get older you can experience different health problems at the same time which can make meal planning that much more difficult. Foods that are ok with one health problem may not be ok for the other health problem or problems you may have. It gets real tricky! 🙄

  8. Fyi – on the recipe list for garlic, the t is missing from vege t ables. Thank you for the great video and information.
