  1. However if your body has already adjusted to using fat as fuel and not carbs, yes you want to look out for the bun but if you dont, your body will just store the extra carbs in your muscles for later on the day.

  2. I'm confused because some say you need protein and no carbs and then others say you need carbs and no fats but he's eating fats.

  3. If I see one more cauliflower pizza ima puke. Just eat the top of a good pizza and throw away the rest. Done.

    Spinach , cauliflower, broccoli isn’t good for thyroid. Neither is almond milk. It isn’t a good diet for people with thyroid issues

  5. As far as sustainability, I have been eating Keto for 1 1/2 years. I am 71 years old. No more diabetes, high blood pressure, high triglycerides, etc. I love it and will never eat any other way.

  8. I've been doing this for about 9 weeks now and I have to say that it's probably the easiest diet I've ever been on. The only challenge I find it's when I go out with friends

  9. I lost 40 lbs in 3 months by doing the Deploy to Afghanistan diet. While overseas I decided to get in shape so that when I get home I would look good for my wife. It worked and during the last 3 months of my deployment I lost 40 lbs!
