  8. Honestly, aside from the shakes I wouldn't label any of these recipes as "healthly." I'd be surprised if even one of them has fewer than 500 calories per portion. Eggs, bacon, cheese and whatever else used as topping are calorie-dense foods. A breakfast is meant to be something light to activate your stomach for the heavier meals later on in the day… Not to consume 500+ calories at the start of your day.

    Nor are they quickly made, for that matter. Few people have the time to spend 30 minutes in the morning to make their breakfast. They generally wake up, eat something quick, take a shower, brush their teeth and go to work/school. So just be honest about what these are: tasty breakfasts you can make during the weekend or on your day off, when you have the time to make something yummy. Your viewers won't look down on such a title. We're all here to look at the yummy dishes.

    i love tasty videos! however ..most of these recipes have been done before in previous videos :/ some more than a few times and also! they are not healthy! i wish tasty would make some real recipes for people on a weight loss journey…all their 'healthy' videos have loads of avocados, cheese and bacon!
