    I started this I don’t eat scrambled eggs but I took the same amount of eggs and mayo and made egg salad and put a little bacon fat in it was good so I’ll do this instead.

  6. Love your video! I'm on week 7 of keto, I'm 55 and overweight. I have lost a stone and a half so far but now the weight won't shift. I like your fast fast plan and am going to give it a go, I did a three day egg fast to start my keto diet, oh boy was that a killer, couldn't go far from a toilet and never trust a fart! Grim and never again! Happy I found you :))

    i don’t like coffee & i only have skippy peanut butter 🙁 , so can i just skip the morning coffee & peanut butter? Or am i going to ruin this whole fat fast?

  8. I really like my bulletproof coffee , do you think it would hurt to drink this? Recipe 16oz hot coffee 1 tsp baking chocolate ( mine works out to less than a carb) 2 tsps splenda, 1 tblsp butter , 1 tblsp coconut oil. Blend. I use an immersion blender.
