Thanks for the video. I’m always looking for new ideas to continue my weight loss journey. I’ve lost 28 pounds in 10 weeks and I rarely workout. Gone from 187 to 159 pounds. I still have a long way to my doctor’s suggested weight for my height.
I prep my lunches for the workweek on Sundays but most of my meals are hot baked, grilled or steamed proteins and veggies. I do a variety of fishes and skinless chicken breasts recipes and baked potatoes, eggplants, zucchinis, carrots, corns and peas, etc. Sometimes, I would have brown rice.
Your video just gives me some ideas to incorporate in my weekly menu. Thanks!

But I would add some pink Himalayan salt and thyme on the chicken (game changer)I know you hear salt is bad but when dieting it’s a must to avoid those nasty muscle cramps!! Along with magnesium and potassium 💪🏼 supplements

i have a question is it fine if i don't eat all of these cause theres some foods here that i can't eat
Any advice on keeping all this produce fresh? I've always had a problem with getting the right amount so I don't waste food. Should I choose a day to make the meals so that I get them made right away and know how much I have left over? I usually make my salads the day I'm going to eat it.
My only question, meals for a week are still in a good condition for a week? I mean it's not expired or rotten?
