  7. That quiche crust looks amazing. If you carefully heat the cauliflower in a pan for 10 minutes, you don't have to squeeze the moisture out with a cloth.

  8. I knew people would be complaining that this isn't keto, even though it never claimed to be. These meals are wholesome and healthy. They also contain some amounts of carbs, fat, and sugar, because those things are what food is made of and you are going to eat some of them if you intend to eat enough to stay alive.

    Honestly, keto is starting to seem like a subtype of orthorexia. I never thought I'd see people complain that vegetables have "too much" anything but here we are, grouping tomatoes in with sugar cookies. These diets are low-carb to the average, reasonable viewer who is just trying to be healthier as opposed to following an extreme, rigid diet like keto or paleo. If your diet eliminates the overwhelming majority of naturally-growing foods on the planet you live on, to the point where you consider peppers to be too carby, then you should reconsider your choices. If you want to be keto then whatever, but don't get angry that the entire umbrella of low-carb doesn't bow down to your extreme fringe standards.
