    Great inspiring stuff,but you use such small portions of the ingredients,what do you do with the rest,egg yolks ,spinach etc ..how about a couple of ideas on this ?

    It would be better if FLOUR is omitted from these recipes for actual 'WeightLoss'!
    Use almond flour or coconut or any nut flour instead.
