    Thank you professor. I eat cereal for breakfast, a light lunch and in the eve I eat some rice a bit of fish and some soup. In 4 months time My muscle has increased big time. No bullshit protein shakes, no steroids, no supplements,no stuffing myself all day long with all sorts of (healthy) shit… I work hard in the gym and I eat with temper. Anyone who cannot do it this way is weak and pathetic.

    friends i need help i started sixpack diet
    brakefast
    8 egg whites 28.6 g protein
    100 grams sprouts 6 g protein
    300ml skim milk 10 gram protein

    After workout
    700 ml skim milk with 1 scoop of why protein powder 53 grams protin

    Dinner
    100 GRAMS OF QUENOA WITH 1/2 BREST 40 GRAMS PROTIN NEARLY 140 GRAMS OF PROTIN 1400 CALORIES 20 GRAMS FAT

    BUT I AM getting fat even after doing workout my face got checks what to do drinking skim milk is fat ?

  6. No offense man but eating food is supposed to be an orgasmic experience.  Not everytime but the food you have just "prepared" is well yuck.  Man up brotha and use your noggin.  Theres nothing wrong with carbs.  Its all about taste and freshness and flavor!  Anyone agree?
