    Definitely love that you all are doing 'Keto' recipes! But these are more of just low carb vs. being keto… the tomato is what makes it more of low carb vs keto. Nonetheless I still love these recipes! Keep 'em coming!

  3. Although the recipes look nice, carrots are not suggested when in KETO as they contain too many natural sugars (carbs) in them.

  4. why do people go through all of these when literally the best way to lose weight is to eat healthy and exercice? don't think of eating healthy and exercising as something you have to do until you lose weight but think of it as a life style.

  5. Keto diet is not for everyone and can be dangerous. Do it at your own risk and research all the possible side effects, if you are doing keto by choice, (not for serious medical reasons) overdoing the diet can be very bad.

    This is an awesome video! My family and I have recently started the keto diet, but we're also vegan. Does anyone have any good vegan keto recipes? 🙂

  7. I’ve done keto on and off but tomatoes and tomato sauce aren’t low carb lol. If u wanna lose weight though I highly recommend, I lost 20 lbs in 2 months.

  8. Yeah you shouldn’t have too much tomato, onion, carrot or even low carb bread on keto. Most of these would get you almost to your carb limit with one meal.
