  8. OMG! I can totally relate to this video, because this is exactly how i meal prep breakfast for the week! And I use the same recipes; egg fritata, pancakes, and oatmeal. Great minds think alike! Totally agree on cook-once-eat-twice method, saves time and decision fatigue! My 4th breakfast option is scrambled eggs with sliced avocado, either on toast or rice cakes.
