  4. Hi Bobby, I can't find ancho chile powder in Montreal, Quebec. I've looked in all the different grocery store and in 2 health food stores. Does it have to be ancho chile powder or can you suggest something else to replace it or can I make the cauliflower without it & still have a delicious dish?

  12. Hi Bobby, really great videos, really love your work, I'm a new subscriber but have watched most of your videos already. I was hoping maybe you'd make just a healthy sandwich video. One that tastes good, is filling and is healthy that can be made quickly. Way too often I come home with nothing to eat and feel pressured to just eat garbage because I don't have anything prepared. Thanks, keep up the good work, really love all the videos and trying out all of the new meals and flavors that I otherwise wouldn't try if you didn't make them.

    Looking at these meal prep ideas, I wonder if there are examples of meal prep that are more optimized. What I mean are recipes where you would, for example, cook a pile of veggies, spaghetti squash, and other items and assemble them in different ways to create different meals for the week.

  15. Bobby, I love your videos! I make a ton of your recipes, but I'm not on social media to share them with you. I am interested in freezing my meals, so that I can grab them and go, but I'm concerned about the reheating process. I confess, I haven't been using the glass containers, but I like using mason jars and for freezing but you can't use mason jars for everything. I found sometimes I come home and I have full meals prepared, but I don't want to destroy the texture by reheating it from frozen in a rush and I don't want to crack mason jars.

    Could you do video with some tips on how to meal prep if you're storing food in the freezer? Do you ever get freezer burn when you use your glass containers? That's another big concern of mine. Thanks for the videos! I've slowly but surely been sharing your delicious recipes with my coworkers!
