  2. To amp it up even more, I run one zucchini, one squash and one carrot through the spiralizer. The three colors add a lot of fun to any "pasta" dish!

  3. I just found your channel because of this video! More videos like this, please! So many people get stuck in a rut when doing the Whole30 and these are such wonderful meal ideas!

  4. Hi Bobby, I can't find ancho chile powder in Montreal, Quebec. I've looked in all the different grocery store and in 2 health food stores. Does it have to be ancho chile powder or can you suggest something else to replace it or can I make the cauliflower without it & still have a delicious dish?
    Thanks, Cat 😁

Discovered you while watching Rachel Ray! Love these recipes. Hubby and I are eating clean while trimming down. We’re both foodies who enjoy cooking so your recipes fit right into our healthy lifestyle. Looking forward to collecting all your recipes😍

  6. I'm so thankful I found your channel 💞 my husband has lost 7 pounds already. And for once he isn't bored with the healthy recipes I've been packing for him – thanks to you & Dessi. God bless you both ! 🙏💞

I have a confession to make, THE ONLY REASON I subscribed to your channel is because you were the only white person that I could find that doesn’t season EVERYTHING with just salt and pepper!!!! 🙈 🤷🏽‍♀️ 😂

  8. Hey Bobby, I’m very interested in learning some easy ways to cook islander food? Do you have any recipes from Pacific Island nations?

  9. Hey Bobby! I'm watching you right now on the Rachael Ray show… I'm a new subscriber & look forward to watching all your videos!, good luck in the future! 😀

Hey Bobby. I was wondering if you could do a cold food meal prep, from a college student budget? Going back to school in a couple of weeks and I won’t have time to heat up my food. Thank you. 😊

  11. Hey Bobby, you've been a huge inspiration for me to start my own facebook group and YouTube channel. I have a goal of losing 100lbs and I plan on documenting my journey, with a focus on meal prep and recipe videos.

Can you do a video showing a "behind the scenes" or a "how I shoot my recipe videos" tutorial?

  12. Hi Bobby, really great videos, really love your work, I'm a new subscriber but have watched most of your videos already. I was hoping maybe you'd make just a healthy sandwich video. One that tastes good, is filling and is healthy that can be made quickly. Way too often I come home with nothing to eat and feel pressured to just eat garbage because I don't have anything prepared. Thanks, keep up the good work, really love all the videos and trying out all of the new meals and flavors that I otherwise wouldn't try if you didn't make them.

  13. New subscriber. Those recipes look quite tasty.
Looking at these meal prep ideas, I wonder if there are examples of meal prep that are more optimized. What I mean are recipes where you would, for example, cook a pile of veggies, spaghetti squash, and other items and assemble them in different ways to create different meals for the week.

  14. I'm doing keto, but I really like the idea of whole 30. Can I replace things like the sweet potatoes with turnip fries instead?

  15. Bobby, I love your videos! I make a ton of your recipes, but I'm not on social media to share them with you. I am interested in freezing my meals, so that I can grab them and go, but I'm concerned about the reheating process. I confess, I haven't been using the glass containers, but I like using mason jars and for freezing but you can't use mason jars for everything. I found sometimes I come home and I have full meals prepared, but I don't want to destroy the texture by reheating it from frozen in a rush and I don't want to crack mason jars.

Could you do video with some tips on how to meal prep if you're storing food in the freezer? Do you ever get freezer burn when you use your glass containers? That's another big concern of mine. Thanks for the videos! I've slowly but surely been sharing your delicious recipes with my coworkers!
