  2. I don't know, I have this weird love/hate for chia seeds. They have no taste to me so it's not like they are nasty and it's a nice healthy addition to my morning breakfast smoothies, but I'm the type of person who can hate a dish simply because I don't like the texture (even if the dish itself taste really good) I can't get past the texture when the chia is wet. It feels like extremely slimey beads. One day I was washing my blender after I made a smoothie and noticed a clump of wet chia seeds in the drain stopper and it felt slimey and lumpy and if you look closely the detail of chia seeds look like snake skin. So it honestly looked like a mini snake egg nest. Which just turned me off even more. Lol does anyone have suggestions on what I can do with chia seeds to prevent this slimey lumpiness? Or is it inevitable?

  4. If I I am going to use just a basic blender, would you recommend blending the oats to a flour consistency before mixing everything? I did this recipe today and the pancakes were still a little mushy in the inside with the oats. I also used steel cut oats so maybe that’s the problem? Any ideas?

  9. May I make an observation about some of the ingredients used? Just because something is Vegan it does not mean it is healthy. I am Vegan, oil and nut free as well as no added sodium.

I wonder if there is something else I can use instead oats,maybe cooked rise?Does anyone have an idea?(excuse my English,if there are mistakes)..I really want to try your recepies Rachel,they look so easy to make and delicious.And I started to watch your videos few days ago, and I watched almost every video because you are so harismatic and have calming voice and becayse I agree with your opinion about non eating meat.
