  1. Yes I love your foods and always try to follow them too. Love ketchup on my eggs too sometimes . But trying to be healthy and not to eat ketchup . But it adds nice taste

    I like my zucchini noodles just raw. No need to heat them or steam them…when you put your hot chicken and beans on top it warms up the noodles and is perfect 🙂

  6. I'm curious for how long do u keep cooked rice in the fridge? I once kept cooked chickpeas in the fridge, they started to go bad in a few days ☹
