  1. Oh…another *'registered' dietician' following outdated info she was taught at her school. I have yet to hear good advice from 'dieticians' who should have spent more time studying human physiology. Want energy? No grains nor sugars of any source and very low carbs from vegetable sources, good healthy animal fats and fruit oils (olive, avocado, coconut) moderate protein. You'll have boundless energy, improved health and inflammation will drop as well as the pounds and kilos significantly. Her presentation is sleep worthy…and if I hear another woman speaking with that 'vocal fry' that is so prevalent in the US…I'll just click off. SO irritating. All in all, interesting small meals if you leave out the carb laden wraps and banana (berries are great, though) but as bored as she is looking, so is the presentation. (Use coconut flour and psyllium wraps instead.. MUCH healthier.)

  2. I lost 100 pounds by cutting out all fast food and sugar drinks, I have 100 more pounds to go, I will subscribe to this, I believe it will assist me to accomplish my goal.

  3. I would not eat any of these, much less everyday. Food that isn't good is like prison food but the worse thing about prison is the dementors.

  4. I personally like videos with calm speakers, so I thought she did a very nice job. Super energy does not always equal intelligence or good content.
