    interesting points ,if anyone else wants to learn about paleo diet cookbook try Elumpa Paleo Eating Alchemist (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my cousin got cool success with it.

It is a smashing one of a kind product for how to produce paleo meals without the headache. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my close friend Aubrey finally got cool success with it.

    These are great because they are simple to do- alot of paleo desserts and sweet snacks seem complicated. 👍🙂

    Catalina, when you say you use coconut milk for the chocolate chia pudding, is that from a can? Or the kind that's thinner and from a carton? With two kids I don't think I will ever get round to making my own from an actual coconut….!
