  5. I try to reintroduce carbs after 3 years without them but I keep getting serious depression, anxiety and insomnia everytime I try to get on them. Why on earth do I have problem digesting carbs now?? I'm desperate for a solution. Thanks!

  7. Thanks for your video, however for many of us, especially who are over 40 years, eating that much eggs in breakfast will end up with heart attack; your daily fat intake should be lowered to the minimum to stay fit and healthy.

    The coconut on the pancake recipe is a great idea. It gives a great crunch if you use dried cocot. Thank you for producing such an amazing video!😜

    @Paleo Star the smoothie looks awesome. What is the purpose for the gelatine? Could I subbed for a vegetable version as I don't eat pork. Also, could you some videos where you could sub some of your pork dishes with some alternatives? I do eat meat just not pork. Thanking you in advance. Appreciate what you do.

    love your videos. you should do more recipes !! also do you have any packed lunch ideas ? something quick but healthy for taking to work, and have you ever made a paleo bread? Thank you so much for taking time to do these videos, they are so helpful and motivating. I am trying to lose some weight before a surgery and your videos really help!  So appreciative, I know they take a lot of time. I will take any tips you can

  21. I'd just like to mention that the audio on your videos seems to have a very annoying cadence to it. I don't know much about this issue, but I've heard it in other youtubers' videos as well. Hopefully you can find a way to fix it.
